Adult Ceramic Classes
Adult Ceramic Classes
Beginning & continuing wheel throwing and hand-building. Individual instruction
will be based on student's skill set.
Dirk will instruct and demonstrate both functional hand built pieces and sculptural work using various techniques; students will work with slab, coil and other methods and will be encouraged to expand on what they have learned, taking projects in their own direction.
Class tuition : Payment made by credit card or check is $300.00 The session is eight weeks.
includes 25 lbs of free clay with initial sign-up. Glazes and firing up to 1.5 cubic feet per month are free. Additional clay can be purchased for $15. per 25 lb bag.
Ten hours of open studio time are included in the registration fee for current students
Note: Teens ages 18 and up can enroll in this program. Ages 15 and 16 may be accepted if they take a private lessons and found qualified to participate in an adult classes. Number of teens accepted in any class is limited.

Young Adults Class Schedule
Ages: Teens
Young Adults 2015 Class Schedule
Classes are designed for all skill levels. Students will Learn the art of making pottery both decorative and functional, we will cover both the basic and intermediate level working with clay, wheel thrown, sculpturing and glazing. Students will learn to express themselves through clay.
Dirk will instruct and demonstrate both functional hand built pieces and sculptural work using various techniques; students will work with slab, coil and other methods and will be encouraged to expand on what they have learned, taking projects in their own direction.
Class tuition : $260 for eight week session.
Includes free clay with initial sign-up. Glazes and firing up to 1.5 cubic feet per month are free.
